Atec

ATEC (Anglo-Turkish Education Consultancy) Overseas Education Consultancy was founded in 2002 in Istanbul and Ankara by Kaplan Ali Ersoy and English teacher Susan Vanessa Ersoy to provide consultancy services to students who want to receive university education abroad. In 2020, ALES Education and Career Consultancy, owned by Alper Karayama, a leading figure in Turkey and serving in the sector since 1997, joined ATEC. With this merger, ATEC began to provide career consultancy services in addition to education consultancy.

ATEC serves students who want to receive education abroad through state or private universities, colleges, high schools and language schools, primarily in England (United Kingdom), the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. These institutions are respected educational institutions worldwide and have a structure that does not compromise on education quality.

ATEC overseas education consultants have adopted an approach that is far from a travel agency style, aiming to solve all kinds of problems that students may encounter from the beginning of their education process until their return to Turkey and to provide continuous support to students and their parents.

ATEC’s consultancy team regularly attends trainings organized by government institutions such as the British Council, Australian Consulate, American Consulate and Canadian Embassy, as well as all schools it represents, on issues such as education, visa conditions and living conditions. In this way, it aims to keep the services it provides constantly up-to-date. For example, Susan Vanessa Ersoy was awarded the “Professional Development” plaque by the British Council on November 18, 2005, as a result of the training she received.
