The winners of the STM Star Awards, given every year by Study Travel Magazine, the most important publication in the international education sector, and considered the “Oscars” of the sector, were announced at a gala held in London by Alphe WS, which is also considered one of the most important organizations in the sector, and UED, which came first in its category, won the STM Star Agency Association award!

In the STM Star Awards, which have a very special place because they were awarded by mutual votes of schools and educational consultancy firms, which are the leading actors of the International Education Sector, UED, which first competed with educational consultancy firm associations from all over the world in the nomination process and then managed to be nominated by the votes of international educational institutions from all over the world in the second stage, left behind the other four associations – Aseproce / Spain, Salta / Switzerland, IALCA / Italy and FDSV / Germany – and received its award in the presence of nearly a thousand participants from all over the world.

Although the efforts of the Board of Directors and association employees have had a great impact on the success of our association, which set out to make a difference in the overseas education sector, we are aware that the real reason for UED’s existence is that its members have not compromised on overseas education consultancy ethics and professionalism in their relations with schools abroad for many years. The fact that three of the five organizations that were nominated in the Star Agency Eastern Europe category, which is another category, are UED members and the winner of this category is also a UED member, has further strengthened our idea.

Therefore, we would like to thank all valuable UED members who contributed to this success and wish that this award will be beneficial not only to our association and its members, but also to the entire overseas education consultancy sector.
